All deliveries take place instantly digitally, via PDFs, Email, downloads, and links once payment is received on our end.
For Custom Product orders:
Delivery depends on the type of order, projects, and size of the order.
Minimum delivery time: 1 Day to max :1 week, if not specifically informed.
For our subscribers:
No matter where you pay from the site and whether you pay once, every month, or at any frequency, you’re in our monthly delivery cycle.
After payment, you’ll receive your first delivery within a few hours. This confirms you’re now in our cycle. From the next month onward, or the current month if it hasn’t already been sent, you’ll receive your delivery in rotation.
No physical goods are shipped. All products are digital.
If a payment is made as a voluntary contribution or support payment rather than for a specific infographic, no additional product is owed beyond the free monthly infographic already provided to all subscribers.
If you do not receive your download within a few hours, contact us at support email and we’ll resend it right away.
